We're the only company that I know of who offers a 45-Degree AND a 90-Degree tenon cutters.
Most other tenon cutters are 60-Degree, or other shapes.
It just makes sense.
I'm not good at math, so working with a 45-degree angle works good for me. 90-degree is even easier if you are joining logs to a flat surface, like a 2x4, wall, or table bottom.

There is no need to purchase several different sized tenon cutters.
The E-Z Log Tenon Cutters can be adjusted to fit the mortise bit you want to use, 1" up to 3" diameter, and any size in between. You can use a forstner or flat spade drill bit to drill your mortises.
All you need is a 1/2" drill. The 3/8" pilot hole drill bit, and hex keys are included with every order. We also provide a printed copy of the manual. There is also a link to a free strap clamp woodworking clamp so you can hold down your logs while stripping bark, drilling pilot holes, or cutting log tenons.
There are two major benefits to using our tenon cutters. #1 - you can adjust the size of the tenon to match your mortise bit, and #2 - the tenons come out straight and even because a pilot hole guides the E-Z Log Tenon Cutter to make a perfect tenon.
