The E-Z Log Tenon Cutters are adjustable, and can be set up to cut 1″ up to 3″ diameter tenons at the ends of logs and branches.  Use any 1/2″ electric drill to make perfect tenons for your log projects.

Included with each EZ-45:

• E-Z 45 Degree Tenon Cutter
• Two double-sided hardened steel blades.   One blade is mounted on the cutting arm ready to cut, and the other spare blade is stored on the side of the arm for future use. The 45-Degree cutter uses one blade to cut the tenon.  When one side of the blade gets dull, flip it over to use the other side.  When that side gets dull, use the spare blade that is attached to the arm.  
• 3/8″ drill bit for drilling pilot holes. By drilling a pilot hole into the end of the log to guide the cutter, you are assured of cutting a nice, straight tenon.  Whether you are making a regular straight tenon, or an angled tenon, the cutter will follow.  You won’t have to rely on “eye-balling” while cutting, and you won’t have gouged our inconsistent tenons, and a solid gluing surface throughout.
• 3/32″ Hex Key to adjust tenon size. The cutting arms are attached to the adjustment bar with two screws.  You simply loosen the screws and slide the arms to your desired width.  Please read the Manual for complete instructions on how to get proper diameter, and how to make a set-up block for an easy way to reset the size.
• 3/16″ Hex Key to add/remove/replace cutting blades.  Tiny little key to remove/replace the cutting blades.
